SHOOP Silent Disco is operated by AURA HAUS MEDIA (Company No. 202503312198) a company registered in Malaysia. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you've completed our booking form and received your payment link. Payments are processed via Stripe; a confirmation is sent automatically once payment is received. Full details of pricing, deposits, and what's included are set out on our pricing pages and will be confirmed with you directly.

Equipment (Hire)

Hired equipment remains the property of SHOOP Silent Disco. You're responsible for the equipment for the duration of your hire period, and any loss or damage may be deducted from your deposit.

Please keep all equipment away from liquids and water — this includes drinks at your event and any water features such as pools or fountains at your venue. While SHOOP sessions themselves are alcohol-free, we understand your own event may not be; we just ask that drinks and any water sources are kept clear of the headphones and equipment at all times.

Conduct

We ask that all participants treat our team, equipment, and each other with respect. We reserve the right to end a session early in the case of misuse of equipment or inappropriate conduct, without refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
