Silent Disco Hire

A refundable deposit of RM 520 (£100 / $136) is required on all Hire bookings. This isn't a booking deposit — it covers potential loss or damage to equipment. Full payment is due 7 days before your event. The deposit is refunded within 7 days of the headphones being returned to us, less any losses or damages.

Hire bookings require a minimum of 10 headphones and 7 days' notice.

Teamwork

An invoice is sent on booking, with payment due in full 7 days before your session.

Cancel 14 days or more before your session: full refund, minus any costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, bespoke materials or printing).

Cancel within 7–14 days: 50% refund, minus any costs already incurred.

Cancel within 7 days: get in touch and we'll find a fair solution.

Open Class

Places for Open Class are non-refundable but transferable — let us know if you can't make it and we'll help you pass your place on or find another date.
