    Before the dance

    Welcome and connection. We start together, and notice where our energy is. Wherever it is, that is where we will start. Come as you are. Your host will then share more about how you can find the dance, what can help and where the dance can go.

    During the dance

    Headphones on. 60 minutes. Outside noise falls away. Anything can happen. Mixed beats, a shared playlist, infectious energy, and a room full of people finding their dance together. The curated music will give you time to find your dance, follow what happens, free yourself and make the most of your dance.

    After the dance

    It's time to check in. Find the sensation. Feel the energy. Share your experience.

As well as the regular timetable, we run pop-up classes in venues around Kuala Lumpur.

Open Class can also be booked for your own group — events, universities and schools. It works especially well as a women’s only event.
